Refund & Cancellation Policy

This placeholder policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. It describes current intended practice.

Touchline IQ is a human-performed analysis service. Once analysis of your footage has begun, the work cannot be returned, so orders are generally non-refundable at that point.

If you have not yet submitted footage, or analysis has not started, contact us and we will refund the order in full.

If submitted footage is unusable — too short, too distant, or the player cannot be identified — we will contact you for replacement footage. If usable footage cannot be provided, the order is refunded.

Player Development can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and access to the analyses already paid for continues through the end of the current billing period.
